Integration metadata (workspace IDs, service connection states), OAuth tokens, and API keys provided by your team. We do not collect end-user PII beyond what is needed for platform sync.

2. How We Use Data

To operate the integration layer, maintain tokens, normalize data for AI agents, and monitor platform health. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.

3. Retention

Tokens and synced records are retained only while the workspace is active or as required by your agreement. Upon termination, we purge credentials and cached data within a reasonable period.

4. Security

All traffic is forced to HTTPS; secrets are stored server-side and never exposed to clients. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems required to provide the service.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on cloud infrastructure and logging providers; details available via your account contact. No marketing or analytics trackers are embedded in the product.

6. Your Controls

7. Regional Considerations

We operate primarily from the United States. Where applicable, we will honor reasonable data subject rights requests in line with your contract and applicable law.
