Enterprise Terms of Service

Effective: January 15, 2026

1. Scope & Access

Weaver is provisioned to enterprise clients under a master service agreement. Users are invited and managed by your administrators. No public self-signup is offered.

2. Data Handling

Integration credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys) are stored server-side with access limited to authorized services. Agents receive only normalized data; secrets are never exposed to clients.

3. Availability

We operate on a best-effort uptime model unless otherwise defined in your MSA. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

No abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized use of connected platforms. You are responsible for ensuring downstream AI behavior complies with your platform policies.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must safeguard credentials, ensure least-privilege access, and keep workspace owners accurate. You are responsible for content sent to third-party platforms.

6. Privacy

We process data as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not connect data you are not authorized to share. Submit privacy inquiries to [email protected].

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend access for security, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, we will revoke tokens and purge related credentials within a reasonable period.

8. Indemnity & Liability

Except as limited by applicable law or a signed MSA, Weaver is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages. You indemnify SoMee.ai against claims arising from your misuse.
